Description:
The jagua is a tropical tree 15 to 20 meters high, whose fruits are valued for
their high content of genipin, a natural blue dye, and for their antioxidant
properties. It is used in the cosmetics and food sectors for its natural benefits
and its ability to provide color without toxins.

Genipin extracted from jagua is a potent antioxidant and natural color, providing
